Your Impact

As Manager, Revenue Enablement, you'll own how our internal go-to-market technology is adopted across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Partner teams. You'll lead a team of enablement specialists, drive adoption of critical business systems, and partner with Systems Administration to ensure new capabilities are successfully launched and embraced. Success in this role is measured by adoption, business outcomes, and continuous improvement—not training volume.

What You'll Do

  • Own the enablement roadmap for the GTM systems portfolio, including CRM, ERP, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, CPQ, and AI agent platforms.
  • Define and measure system adoption across teams using meaningful reporting and metrics.
  • Partner with Systems Administration to identify process and system improvements.
  • Lead AI platform enablement, governance, and adoption initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance, and Partner leadership to support business processes.
  • Translate business needs into system requirements for technical teams.
  • Support release validation, pilots, rollout sequencing, and change management.
  • Maintain data hygiene standards, knowledge resources, and enablement content.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of enablement specialists.
  • Prioritize enablement work across competing GTM initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, business systems, or GTM enablement.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience leading software enablement across Sales, Marketing, CX, and Finance and/or Partner teams.
  • Demonstrated success improving adoption during major system rollouts.
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience enabling AI agent platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Preferred: SaaS/subscription experience, change management background, experience building enablement functions, distributed organizations, or platform migrations.
  • AI-forward mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and work quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance productivity and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated Salary Grade Range: $91,500 – $135,500
    • The anticipated hiring range: $100,000 - $110,000
    • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
